Training to become a journeyman electrician involves 4 years of trade school and 8000 Hours of "On The Job Training" - AKA "OJT"

We provided a relaxed work environment - we work typically 8:30-4 M-F, with overtime available. Paid Weekly, Direct Deposit. and WE PAY FOR YOUR APPRENTICESHIP SCHOOL. ($12000 Dollar value). We have a tool program and can EVEN provide transportation for those that do not currently have access to a way to work and school. We will sponsor you and make sure you have all the tools you need to succeed! 

Learn while you earn. Not only do we pay for your school, but we pay you to work also! Entry level trainees make $15/hr during their first week. By the time you are attending your first year of school you will make around $17/hr. We add about $1.25-2.50 for each year you attend. By your 4th year you will not only be getting $20/hr+ but also again, PAID tuition!  We are one of the few contractors that PAY for YOUR SCHOOL!  (pay is based on job performance and is estimated. Some trainees will make more, some less, dependant on job performance, attendance and other issues.)

We partner with ABC of Central OHIO and Columbus State to provide a state registered LIGIT college program! Complete with college credits, OSHA training, CPR and more! Again, we invest in you to hope you will learn, earn and work for us!

Lets face it, most young people think they need to goto college, go into massive college debt and get a job working for Google to be able to succeed in life. FALSE! Many skilled trades jobs pay over $75-100K, often after just a few years of experience. 

While your friends are working Friday nights at Wendy's - you're out spending bank or shopping for which tesla you want. 

While your friends are trying to figure out how to repay their $100,000+ college debt well into their 30's, you're trying to decide where you will go for vacation this time!

If you start your training right after high school, 18 years old, by the time you are 22 you will be making over $50K year, by the time you're 26 you should be over $80k. 

Important Details - Obviously not every one succeeds, let's face it,  this job isn't for everyone. Some people like working in office buildings and that's okay. This job requires you to show up Monday thru Friday, 830-4ish.  This job may require some over time. This position requires a clean cut, neat, professional individual. This job requires being able to get on ladders, in attics, basements, it may require digging, cutting, drilling, work on lifts or heights, and lifting heavy objects, wearing safety gear and more.  The school is both online (due to Covid) and also in person. Classes are typically once a week. School Starts in August and runs thru May just like traditional college. The Electrician program takes 4 years.

Each year we are looking for 1 NEW entry level apprentice that is hard working a dedicated.
