One way we keep our electrician rates low is keeping our cost down. Instead of a secretary we use TEXT messaging and a scheduling app. These systems are managed by the Head Electrician. A big plus is you are texting directly with an electrician instead of going through a third person or secretary. This can save a lot of time and help answer questions. However, sometimes the Head Electrician maybe on a ladder, or dealing with another electrical emergency and maybe unable to answer right away.
Your Patience is appreciated. We return Calls and Text, in the order we received them - with the exception of NO HEAT calls in winter we will make these calls to #1 priority.
We service ALL of Central Ohio. However during times of high call volume we focus on call closet to Upper Arlington and work our way out. So if we are super busy we may choose to decline a service call outside of 270. However we will travel as far as Licking or Fairfield County when we are slower. Best bet is shoot us a text and ask!

If customer is unavailable or not going to be present at time of completion we may ask for or hold a credit card.
We are not responsible for lose or crumbling plaster. Adding outlets or lights in older homes can cause plaster chucks to fall out. Although we try our best to prevent this sometimes it does happen. Customer is responsible to arrange any drywall or plaster repairs.
